Our bespoke nylon/PVC padded bags are designed in-house by the team at Dragon Cases. They’re manufactured alongside our flight cases and poly transit cases at our partner, Nomad’s 16,000 square ft. manufacturing facility (located here in the UK).
Typically made from PVC-coated 840 denier nylon composite, each bag we make is durable, extremely hard-wearing, and weather-resistant.
Our custom padded bags are a good alternative to flight cases and poly cases when a more personal use is required. And since they’re much bigger than jiffy bags with their double-glued bottom flap, they’re incredibly practical. They reduce the need for bubble wrap, too.

Our padded bags are carefully and accurately designed using specially adapted 2D and 3D CAD (Computer Aided Design) programs. You’ll be able to view your bags from every angle – including the top, bottom, and sides.
If your bag has a flap, we’ll show what it looks like when it’s lifted up and closed (flat). And you’ll clearly see where the straps sit.
The interiors of our products can be customised to accommodate the contents they are carrying and assist with shock absorption, ensuring items of all sizes remain undamaged.
We can make sure that your equipment fits nice and snug with custom-made foam inserts – preventing any unnecessary movement.
If you store various items in your padded bag, we will ensure there is sufficient space for them all. And we can add pockets for small items, preventing them from being damaged by larger, heavier items and making them easy to find.
All designs are sent to you to be fully approved before commencing production to eliminate the need for returns.
We can make any tweaks to the design of your padded bags – whether it be the size, colour, strap, or handle options. Just make sure you inform us of these before our production team get started.
